1. Digital Products
1.1. Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds once a purchase is made and access to the product is granted. However, we may consider refund requests under the following circumstances:
- The product was purchased accidentally and has not been accessed or downloaded.
- The product has a technical issue that prevents access or use, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time frame.
1.2. Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at contact@seteldoc.com with your order details and reason for the refund request. We reserve the right to assess each refund request on a case-by-case basis.
2. Physical Products
2.1. Returns: If you have purchased a physical product (if applicable), we accept returns for exchange or refund within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2.2. Refund Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at contact@seteldoc.com with your order details and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2.3. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for returns of physical products are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
