SetelDoc is designed primarily for Malaysian GP, primary care, and locum doctors. It focuses on medicines and prescribing workflows commonly encountered in Malaysian clinics.
Can I Use SetelDoc During Locum?
Yes. SetelDoc is built for quick clinical reference during busy GP and locum sessions, particularly for paediatric dose calculations and commonly prescribed clinic medicines.
What Do I Get After Subscribing?
Premium access includes the full Paediatric Dose Calculator, Drug Interaction Checker, Premium Drug Glossary, adult dosage references, safety notes, and selected GP and locum resources. All paid plans include the same core tools.
Is the Free Trial Really Free?
Yes. You can register and explore SetelDoc during the free trial without entering credit card details. There is no automatic charge when your trial ends. Simply choose a paid plan if you wish to continue using Premium features.
Is Patient Information Required?
No. SetelDoc does not require patient names or identifying information. The Dose Calculator uses relevant clinical inputs such as patient weight and medicine selection. Avoid entering patient-identifiable information into the platform.
What Is the Difference Between Stripe and Billplz?
Stripe supports automatic monthly subscriptions using a credit or debit card. Your subscription renews monthly until cancelled. Billplz supports one-time FPX online banking payments for 1 month or 12 months. FPX payments do not renew automatically.
Can I Pay for Only 1 Month Using FPX?
Yes. One-month prepaid FPX access is available through Billplz: RM20 for Individual, RM30 for 2 Users, or RM50 for Unlimited Users. You can also choose annual prepaid access at RM200, RM300, or RM500 respectively. FPX payments are one-time payments with no automatic bank deductions.
Can I Renew Early or Change My Plan?
Yes. Sign in to My SetelDoc Account to manage your subscription, renew eligible prepaid access, or change your plan. Available options and relevant access dates are displayed before you proceed.
Can I Switch Between Card and FPX Payments?
Yes, subject to your current subscription status. If you have active prepaid FPX access, you may be able to schedule a Stripe subscription to begin when that access ends. If you currently have an automatically renewing Stripe subscription, cancel automatic renewal before switching to FPX to avoid overlapping payments. Check your Account page for available options and billing dates.
Can My Clinic Subscribe for Multiple Doctors?
Yes. The 2-User plan allows two authorised doctors, while the Unlimited Users plan supports multiple authorised doctors within the same clinic branch. All paid plans include the same core Premium tools.
Can I Share My Individual Account?
No. The Individual plan is intended for one doctor only. If multiple doctors need access, choose the 2-User or Unlimited Users clinic plan. This helps prevent login conflicts and device-limit issues.
What Happens If My Payment Fails or Premium Access Expires?
Your registered SetelDoc account remains available, but Premium features may become inaccessible until your subscription is renewed. For card subscriptions, update your payment method if necessary. For prepaid FPX access, sign in and renew manually. You do not need to register another account.
Do I Lose Zaiti Notes When Premium Access Expires?
No. Purchased Zaiti Notes remain separate from your SetelDoc Premium subscription. Your purchased notes remain accessible even if your Premium subscription expires.
Is SetelDoc a Replacement for Clinical Judgment?
No. SetelDoc is a clinical reference and calculation support tool. Doctors remain responsible for verifying doses, indications, contraindications, patient-specific factors, and final prescribing decisions using appropriate clinical references.
