- If fever, refer TRO neonatal sepsis.
- Don’t give supp PCM
Age less than 6 months
- Most medicines are contraindicated except PCM and certain antibiotics (≥3months)
- 6 months could start certain medicines with caution.

Contraindicated if less than 2 years
- Piriton (alternative: Cetirizine/Desloratadine)
- Benadryl, Paedicof, Carbocisteine, Dextromethorphan (alternative: Neb Saline or Bromhexine 1.2ml TDS)
- Promethazine
- Gravol
Other Doses
- Colimix ≥ 6 months
- Cetirizine ≥ 6 months
- Desloratadine ≥ 1 year
- Buscopan ≥ 6 years
