Is SetelDoc designed for Malaysian doctors?
Yes. SetelDoc focuses on Malaysian primary care, GP, and locum workflows, including commonly used medicines and paediatric dose checking.
What is included in SetelDoc Premium?
Paid plans include the Paediatric Dose Calculator, Drug Interaction Checker, Premium Drug Glossary, and selected GP and locum resources. The tools are the same across paid plans; the main difference is the number of doctors allowed.
What is the difference between Stripe and ToyyibPay?
Stripe is an automatic monthly card subscription. ToyyibPay provides one-time 5-month or annual FPX payments and does not automatically debit your bank account.
Does ToyyibPay charge an additional fee?
Yes. A RM1 gateway fee is paid by the customer. The final totals are RM100 for the 5-month Individual plan, RM200 for annual Individual, RM300 for annual 2 Users, and RM500 for annual Unlimited.
Is there a shorter ToyyibPay plan?
Yes. Individual doctors can choose RM99 for five months through ToyyibPay. A RM1 gateway fee applies, making the final one-time FPX payment RM100. There is no automatic bank deduction.
Can I renew early or change my plan?
Yes. Sign in to My SetelDoc Account to renew, pay in advance, upgrade, or choose another eligible payment method. The proposed access date is shown before you continue.
Why might Stripe show “free trial” or “Start trial”?
This can appear when you already have active prepaid ToyyibPay access. Stripe uses a deferred start so your card is not charged before that prepaid access ends. It is not another SetelDoc trial. Your Account page shows the first Stripe charge date.
Can I switch between Stripe and ToyyibPay?
Eligible accounts can choose another payment method from My SetelDoc Account. The proposed start date is shown so an existing paid period is not intentionally discarded.
What does Unlimited Users mean?
Unlimited Users covers doctors working within one clinic branch. Multi-branch clinic groups require a separate arrangement.
What happens if my card payment fails or Premium access expires?
Your SetelDoc account remains available. Update your payment method or sign in to the same account to renew. You do not need to register a new account.
Do I lose Zaiti Notes when Premium access expires?
No. Zaiti Notes purchases are permanent and remain separate from SetelDoc Premium access.
