Is SetelDoc Only for Malaysian Doctors?
SetelDoc is built around Malaysian GP, primary care, and locum workflows. It is most useful for doctors who prescribe commonly used clinic medicines in Malaysia.
Can I Use SetelDoc During Locum?
Yes. SetelDoc is designed for fast lookups during busy clinic and locum sessions, especially for paediatric dose calculation and common GP medicines.
What Do I Get After Subscribing?
Paid access unlocks the full Dose Calculator, Drug Interaction Checker, Premium Drug Glossary, adult dosage references, and selected GP and locum resources.
Is Patient Information Required?
No. SetelDoc does not require patient identifiers. The calculator uses clinical inputs such as weight and medicine selection.
What Is the Difference Between Stripe and ToyyibPay?
Stripe is an automatic monthly card subscription. ToyyibPay is a one-time FPX payment and does not automatically debit your bank account.
Does ToyyibPay Charge an Additional Fee?
Yes. A RM1 gateway fee is paid by the customer. The final annual totals are RM200 for Individual, RM300 for 2 Users, and RM500 for Unlimited.
Is There a Shorter ToyyibPay Plan?
Yes. Individual doctors can choose RM99 for five months through ToyyibPay. A RM1 gateway fee applies, making the final one-time FPX payment RM100. There is no automatic bank deduction.
Can I Renew Early or Change My Plan?
Yes. Sign in to My SetelDoc Account to renew, pay in advance, upgrade, or choose another eligible payment method. The proposed access date is shown before you continue.
Why Might Stripe Show “Free Trial” or “Start Trial”?
This can appear when you already have active prepaid ToyyibPay access. Stripe uses a deferred start so your card is not charged before that prepaid access ends. It is not another SetelDoc trial. Your Account page shows the first Stripe charge date.
Can My Clinic Subscribe for Multiple Doctors?
Yes. Choose the 2-User plan or Unlimited Users plan. Clinic plans are for doctors working within the same clinic branch.
Can I Share My Individual Account?
Individual plans are intended for one doctor. Clinics and teams should use a clinic plan to avoid login conflicts and account-sharing issues.
What Happens If My Card Payment Fails or Premium Access Expires?
Your SetelDoc account remains available. Update your payment method or sign in to the same account to renew. You do not need to register a new account.
Do I Lose Zaiti Notes When Premium Access Expires?
No. Zaiti Notes purchases are permanent and remain separate from SetelDoc Premium access.
Is SetelDoc a Replacement for Clinical Judgment?
No. SetelDoc is a clinical reference and calculation support tool. Doctors remain responsible for final prescribing decisions and should verify clinical suitability.
