Why Offer Both Stripe and ToyyibPay?
Stripe is suitable for card payment and monthly auto-debit. ToyyibPay is suitable for online banking / FPX, especially if you are not confident putting card details online. ToyyibPay also has a lower transaction fee than Stripe.
Can My Clinic Subscribe for Multiple Doctors?
Yes. Clinic plans are available for 2–5 users. Each clinic plan includes access to the core SetelDoc paid features.
What Happens When My Subscription Expires?
Your account will be deleted, and you need to register again. The registration link appears after successful payment on Stripe, or in the ToyyibPay email in your Inbox, Spam, or Junk folder.
